This week's photie taken by Captain Alan Clayton shows Brian with the silver model of the One o’ Clock Gun presented to him by Lieutenant Colonel Huthwaite at the Castle last Saturday.

 

Colonel Foulis who commanded the Battery at the 100th anniversary of the One o' Clock Gun and RSM Roxby who was at the ceremony on the Mills Mount Battery when Lieutenant Colonel Huthwaite presented me with my stripes are also in the photie.

 

Although the rain was coming down in buckets the 150th Anniversary turned out to be a fantastic event. I couldn’t make it due to a tummy upset

 

Kit thinks it may have been due to the black pudden supper I had the previous day when we went through to Glasgow to be interviewed on ‘The Hour’ show.
