The gardeners are getting on

 

The gardeners are getting on with laying out the Floral Clock.

 

I’ll be at the clock on 9th August to celebrate Floral Clock Day. Brian will be there and Isobel will be telling the story of the man who designed the world’s first floral clock.

 

The Gardens are in tip top condition just now. They’re looked after by David Dorward and his hard working staff. It’s David’s birthday on 1st June so I’d like to wish him all the best.

 

The Mad Hatter has been sticking his nose in where it doesn’t belong as usual. He got kicked out of the Gardens after he tried telling the gardeners they were fitting the floral clock’s hands on the wrong way round.
