Maria Furbelli who lives in Italy sent this week’s photie of her adopted dog Cric.

 

As Cric is black nobody wanted to own him but he now lives in Rome with volunteers who look after orphan dogs.

 

Bombardier Allison Jones is back at the Castle firing the One o’Clock Gun. Allison who lives in Coatbridge fell and hurt her hand on broken glass when she was taking her Great Dane for a walk a few weeks ago.

 

Allison fires the One o’ Clock Gun on Mondays which is Shannon the Cannon’s day off.
